Succesfull candidate should have: University degree; 5 or more years manufacturing experience with 3 years in a leading position; Demonstrated leadership skills; Degree level education in a technical subject; Russian & English language skills and knowledge of Russian regulatory legislation; Ability to coach, manage and develop people; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible for relocation to Tula region. Principal accountabilities: Safety leadership; Regulatory, Community, Citizenship Leadership; Talent / Organizational Leadership; Operations / Quality Leadership; Quality / Food Safety Leadership. Job purpose: Has clear decision power for the management of the overall site; Accountable for the execution of all strategic and business plans as agreed with BU Leader; To manage company assets, site operations and contractors within all applicable laws and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding the BU and Company expectations on safety; To provide leadership, technical knowledge and operational experience toward achieving safety performance, costs, operating efficiencies, quality products, Talent management, engaged, high performing employees, citizenship programs and providing service to customers equal to, or better than the best in the industry; To lead and support change and innovation, whilst creating a climate where innovation is recognized and thrives.
